Bield

Pricing

Every map for your ground. Every dataset that matters. A memory of every season you put in.

Bield is three apps, a self-hosted federal data stack, and a pattern engine that gets sharper every year you use it — all under one account. Here's what you actually get for it before we put a number on it.

What's in the stack

What you're actually paying for.

Most outdoor apps charge for a thin slice of this. We host the whole stack ourselves so you get all of it — at the same price, on the same account, for as long as you keep the subscription.

  • 35+

    Self-hosted map layers

Topo, satellite, lidar, hydrology, soils, land cover, parcels, public-access boundaries, hillshade, and more — every layer hosted from public USGS, NOAA, and USDA sources on our own servers. Never rented, never expiring, no surprise outages when a tile vendor renegotiates.

  • 25+

    Government data sources kept current

USGS 3DEP, NOAA marine + weather, USDA NAIP + SSURGO + CDL, NLCD, NWS, NHD, BLM/USFS boundaries, NIFC fires, USGS water gauges, and the rest of the federal stack. Refreshed on our update cycle so every layer is the same age as the official record.

  • 50

States with our own topo tiles

Every state, prerendered and self-hosted, including the entire mountain West at zoom levels other apps clip. No regional gaps, no premium-tier upcharges for a specific basin.

  • 3

    Apps under one account

Hunt, Fish, and Farm. One signup, one log-in, one card. Move between them as the seasons change — your data, your settings, your preferences travel.

  • Pattern engine

Every sit, trip, and field log feeds a model that learns YOUR ground — wind direction your stands actually produce on, tide stages your spots actually feed in, planting dates your soil actually wants. It gets sharper every year you use it.

  • 0 bars

    Offline-first design

Maps, data, and your records work without signal. The truck, the stand, the boat, the back forty — everything works the moment you open it, no preload dance.

What this costs, per week

About $1.54 a week for one app. Less than a coffee for the whole season.

An annual single-app subscription is $79.99 — a hair under $1.54 per week. The trio at $179.99/year works out to about $1.15 per app per week. For most people Bield pays for itself the first time the read says “don't go tonight” and they don't waste a tank of gas — or the first time it says “go” and they fill the freezer.

What you own

The maps are yours with your account.

Hosted from public-domain government sources on our own servers. The topo doesn't get downgraded the year a tile vendor changes its terms. The satellite imagery doesn't suddenly require a higher tier. The lidar layer doesn't go behind a paywall mid-subscription. Year five looks like year one, only with more of your own data under it.

Pick your plan

A pattern engine that learns your ground. Maps deep enough to hold up to it.

Every sit, trip, and field log feeds an intelligence that gets sharper every season — the wind your stands actually produce on, the tide stage your spots actually feed in, the planting date your soil actually wants. Each app runs its own engine, tuned to its domain. Pick by the season you run.

Why bundle

Your land doesn't pick a season. Neither should your tooling.

Bield is built around the calendar your land actually follows — spring poults and turkeys, summer scouting and bass beds, fall rut and rifle weeks, winter ice-fishing and crop planning. A bundle just means the app you need right now is always the one already on your phone.

Any 2 apps · $119.99/yr

Pick any two — Hunt + Fish, Hunt + Farm, or Fish + Farm. For folks whose year already splits naturally between two of the three. Bass in summer and deer in fall. Cattle and turkeys. Whatever your land asks of you, twice over.

All three · $179.99/yr

The whole property under one roof. Spring food plots feed the deer that fall in November. The pond you fertilized in March holds the bass you catch in July. One pattern engine learning the same ground from three angles. This is the buy if your land is a year-round system, not a single-season hobby.

Each app, deep on its domain

Same stack underneath. Three apps shaped by what their people actually do.

Every feature is part of the subscription — no per-record upcharges, no premium tier hiding the best parts. Anything still on the way is flagged honestly on the product page.

Pricing honesty

What we will never do — at signup, at renewal, ever.

  • No silent price hikes.

Any change reaches you by email 30 days before it bills, with a one-click cancel.

  • No hostage data.

Cancelling doesn't delete your records or maps. Resubscribe and every season is right where you left it.

  • No usage caps, no premium tier.

Log everything. Save every trip. The whole stack ships with your subscription — no “upgrade to unlock” hidden in the app.

Common questions

Plans, billing, and what the subscription actually covers.

Product-specific questions live on each product page. These are the ones we get the most about pricing and billing.

  • No. We offer a 14-day free trial that unlocks the full app — every feature, every map, every state. After the trial, the subscription is $12.99/month or $79.99/year for a single app. Bundles are annual only — any two apps for $119.99/year, or all three for $179.99/year. We charge fairly so we don't have to sell ads or your data.

  • You can cancel any time after the trial. Subscriptions don't auto-renew silently — we send a renewal reminder before each charge. If you cancel within the trial window, you're not billed at all.

  • No. Your individual hunt data, sit logs, sightings, and harvests never leave your account. We surface aggregate signals (regional activity pulses, mast-crop reports) only from hunters who explicitly opt in, and the contributing data is anonymized at the collection layer.

  • Each single app — Hunt, Fish, or Farm — is $12.99/month or $79.99/year. Same price for all three. Hunt and Fish are recreational; Farm covers a broader operational surface (soil, livestock, calendars, frost windows, food plots). We landed all three at the same rate to keep the pricing simple and let you pick by use, not by sticker.

  • Two bundle options. Any two apps for $119.99/year — you pick which two at checkout (Hunt + Fish, Hunt + Farm, or Fish + Farm). All three apps for $179.99/year. Both bundles are annual only — no monthly bundle rate. That's a 25% discount off two or three singles bought separately at the annual rate.

  • Bundles make sense if you're using more than one app across the full year — fall hunts, spring spawn, summer growing season, winter scouting. Monthly bundling wouldn't reflect how anyone actually uses these together. If you want monthly billing, subscribe to single apps individually.

  • The product compounds the longer you use it — features unlock at data thresholds (twenty-five sits unlocks personal weather patterns; two seasons unlocks year-over-year trends). The annual rate is the rate for hunters who plan to stay through a full season and into the next.

  • All observations, sits, harvests, and camera detections stay in your account. You keep everything you logged. Pattern analysis pauses until you resubscribe. Nothing is ever deleted automatically — you can also fully export and delete the account on demand.

  • Yes. Subscribers can export all observations, sits, and harvests as CSV at any time from the Settings screen. Your data belongs to you.

Try the whole stack

14 days inside the actual app. Then decide.

Every map layer, every dataset, every feature — unlocked for two full weeks. Card on file, cancel anytime, we email three days before the trial ends so nothing surprises you.
